A WEEK OF BREAKFASTS: 2My oldest son's favorite: plain yogurt, sweetened with agave and vanilla, topped with warm granola. Pecans, almonds, raisins, mango, and cherries were the add-ins of choice for this week's batch of crock pot granola.
You can use any granola recipe that you like...then cook it in a crock pot with the lid off for two hours on high, and then one and a half hours on low, stirring occasionally. I ALWAYS burn it in the oven, so I like the crock pot method a lot better.
I've never heard of crock pot granola... please share the recipe!
