It doesn't seem possible that my oldest is 18 and graduates in just a few months! And my youngest will be going for her learner's license before the end of the year! How I wish that I could go back and have more time with them. Keep first things first - the time does go by way too quickly.
I enjoyed reading your post and the link you provided. I can *so* relate to your posts!

If it makes you feel any better, (I'm sure it won't) I've been thinking recently how HALF of our time with our oldest dd will be "up" this summer. I nostalgically mentioned it a few times in her presence and to my dh. The second time I lamented this fact she piped in with; "Mommy, do I *have* to leave when I'm 18?" Ah, words of comfort to a mommy's soul. Sieze and treasure every moment!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02587382812669823711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33872673.post-9691763096787339432008-02-20T13:06:00.000-05:002008-02-20T13:06:00.000-05:00Oh, my first arrow...how straight you fly. I've been overwhelmed lately, mostly in dealing with Nate. I still don't know how to handle things, but you have reminded me to just chill out more often with him without stressing over the dishes and dust bunnies. Thanks babe.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
